Does it matter which town you are in to get a certain hat? I got the furious pumpkin head in LA and heard someone say you need to be in Elona to get the witch hat. |

u can still get the Nightfall hat if soemone gives u there buddy code so u can access Nf for 10 hours if u havnt got it that is
